Der Schweinebraten war von B\u00fcnger, wir hatten leider keinen Rest mehr. Daf\u00fcr haben wir die weichgekochten Eier selber eingelegt. Drei Tage durften sie vor sich hingammeln in einer Mischung aus Sake, Soyasauce und Mirin.
